Shipping to UK

We aim to pack and despatch all orders within 24 hours of receipt, depending on the time and the day your order is placed. All goods are sent by Royal Mail 1st Class within the UK – at our discretion we will send by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery.

Shipping to Rest of the World

We send all goods to the rest of the world by Royal Mail Small Packet Air Mail rate, and occasionally and at our discretion, will send by Small Packet Signed For Service.

Returns

Please contact us by email info@ribbongirl.co.uk if you are unhappy with your order. If we have sent the wrong item or there is a problem with it we will ask you to return it to us for inspection and replacement or refund if necessary. In the unlikely event that you have to return goods to us, please ensure that you include your name, address and email address with the goods.
Please note that we are unable to accept returns of cut lengths of ribbon if you have ordered them in error.
