If this is your first time to our shop then you will be asked to register a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. After ordering, you will receive an automated email response acknowledging receipt of your order.

Measurements

All measurements used in this website are approximate. We will always aim to send your requested length of product in one length, but occasionally it will be necessary to send the amount you order in two pieces. If you require your ribbon/twine in one unbroken piece then please let us know at the time of ordering, by email: info@ribbongirl.co.uk

Seam Binding Ribbon

This very popular product while usually of a very good quality may have occasional imperfections, creases, joins etc and purchasers should bear in mind that it is genuine American seam binding for use in the garment industry and not high quality ribbon (but it does look exceptionally good on cards and scrapbook pages!).

Shipping to Rest of the World

Due to recent increases in the cost of sending packages to countries outside the United Kingdom by air mail we will now send all goods to the rest of the world by standard air mail, but should your package be damaged or lost in transit we will not accept any claims for reimbursement. However, you may choose to use the Signed For Priority International Air Mail by purchasing the Signed For Priority International Air Mail as described in the Delivery & Returns section
